For first few week you have to Refresh your body , balance your diet , fat intake , your BCCA , your Fruits intake , plan your day . . As First thing is to change your body tedency to produce fat because its now used to it and it will take time for you and your body to change its habit and it all will depend on your will power to control your self and your body , and once you start to feel effect .

Liver Cleanse

  1. Squeeze the juice from 2 large grapefruits and 3 lemons into a blender. Grapefruit boosts the liver's natural enzymes and the vitamin C in both fruits helps your liver remove many free radicals. You can use 6 tbsp. (90 ml) of bottled lemon juice instead of fresh lemons if you prefer.
  2. Grate 2 cloves of garlic and approximately 2 inches (5 cm) of fresh ginger root and add these to the juice. Garlic is to protect the liver and ginger stimulates better performance. Ginger root can be found in most grocery store produce departments.
  3. (optional)Add 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of cold pressed flax oil. The Omega 3 fatty acids in flax help balance the bile levels produced by the liver.
  4. (optional)Mix in 1 tsp. (5 ml) of acidophilus. This important bacteria prevents the elevation of liver triglycerides.
  5. Sprinkle a dash of cayenne pepper if desired. This step is optional and helps stimulate the liver reflex.
  6. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and drink. It is recommended that you drink this at 2pm, 6pm and 8pm. You can multiply the ingredients and make enough for all 3 glasses at once.
  7. Eat a light breakfast(if you can't avoid) and lunch of fresh fruits only. Do not eat anything after 2pm, once you begin the cleanse. It is a good idea to stay close to home the day of and the day after the cleanse because of the laxative effect.
  8. continue it for 2-3 times in week and simultaneously start the  excercise

Excercise :

It can be lil difficult in the beginning as the dullness in body will stop you from doing any kind of physical work and something if some friend or your parent or anyone else one forces or tell you to do some exercise then you may feel angry , but that's your fault because you  don't want to do it .So first make your mind that YOU CAN DO IT , only then read further as i am not going to give any miraculous method .
